Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Hookman. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them.

The service

Hookman provides a stable endpoint that routes incoming webhooks to the deployment you choose, with logging, replay and related features. We may change or improve the service over time.

Your account

• You're responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials and API keys secure.
• You must be able to form a binding contract and use Hookman in compliance with applicable law.
• You won't use Hookman to route unlawful content, infringe others' rights, or abuse, overload or attempt to breach the service.

Plans, quotas & billing

• Each plan has a monthly webhook quota and limits. Once over quota, webhooks may be rejected until you upgrade or the period resets.
• Paid plans are billed via Stripe in advance on a recurring basis. Changes take effect as described at checkout; cancellations take effect at the end of the current period.
• Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

Availability

We aim for high availability but the service is provided "as is" without uptime guarantees unless agreed separately. We're not liable for upstream failures of your own deployments.

Termination

You can stop using Hookman and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or put the service at risk.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hookman is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the prior 12 months.
